Get On With It

I figure at this rate, I should be at my target weight in 2 months or so.
The incredible shrinking woman. Hey- I'm not bitching at all- I hate being fat and loathed the idea that people would remember me with a a pudgy face and just chunky.
But my stomach isn't shrinking. So I still look fat in the middle.
I got my iron infusion today. I wish it gave me crazy energy like it should, but it doesn't. I'm sure it keeps me from being totally lethargic though.
As for the vaccine- I don't know what's going on. Maybe the tumor isn't growing but it just looks like it because I've lost weight. Or maybe it's grown.
I can't eat much at this point- I'm nauseous all the time. I hurt and I'm tired.
I'm trying to figure all this out and it's only speculation.
The vaccine has GOT TO work. I've got nowhere else to go after this- except maybe a colostomy? Eh, whatever. It's been almost 5 months since I've had surgery... I'm starting to go into DTs.

  1. Say this with me... I INTEND that the vaccine IS working, right now. I INTEND that all the bad cells are being removed and the good cells are doing what they are supposed to do... I INTEND that every day in every way I am feeling improvements, this IS for the highest and best good of all concerned. So be it and SO IT IS!!!! whooooooo in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen... I want Rachel to have good news at her next visit.

  2. What Sandy said.....but you need to do it every time any sort of negative thought creeps in. The vaccine will work-it has to. I believe God led you to these doctors for the purpose of healing you. I'll be saying Sandy's prayer as well.

  3. Hang in there sweetie, all will be well. You have wonderful friends with great advice. Keeping you in my heart and prayers.....:-)Hugs

  4. You are in my thoughts daily.

I am losing the baby weight right now and I am doing great, but my stomach isn't shrinking either (not one bit!). I wear size 0 or 2 now, but I look like I am 5 months pregnant, if I don't wear some body shaping garments.
So, I think it's totally normal.

I am so sorry you are in pain, though. Keep your spirits up! You are sooooo strong! (HUGS)
